Na vertikální kvádrové betonové desce se nachází bronzová deska s reliéfními výjevy. V centrální cásti je zobrazena ženská postava v životní velikosti v gestu, kdy se pri chuzi zastavila a ohlédla se za levým ramenem s pohledem na nebe. Za hlavou se nachází naznacená svatozár obklopená hvezdami. Na obou stranách v ramenech desky ve tvaru T vyrustají z oblak polopostavy andílku v žalostných gestech.

On the vertical ashlar concrete slab there is a bronze slab with relief scenes. In the central section, a life-size female figure is shown in a gesture of stopping to walk and glancing behind her left shoulder, looking at the sky. Behind the head there is an indicated halo surrounded by stars. On both sides in the arms of the T-shaped plates grow out of the cloud half-figures of angels in pathetic gestures.
