As we drove across Ontario to visit Niagara Falls we needed to make a stop for gas and choose Paris over a larger town. We would rather fill up in a small town, that way we visit some nice spots and have found a number of great little cafes. And we can say we visited Paris, "Nice spot but we only drove through."
