Frances Street Park is located at 6205 SE Frances Street Hillsboro, Oregon. There is off-street parking on the south west side of the park from South East Frances Street. The main entrance to the park is at the north east side of the park off South East Century Blvd. The coordinates are set at the center of the Basketball court. This park is open dawn to dusk.

Note that this is one full sized basketball court which is in reasonable condition. The playing surface is mostly nice and smooth but there are some small cracks, the nets are in good condition but the striping is in poor condition. The coordinates were taken at the center of the basketball court.
