La Diva III by Ruth Aizuss Migda is on the sidewalk by 447 W. Diversey. Appears to be metal but I haven’t been able to confirm. The bottom part of the sculpture resembles a woman’s body while the top resembles flowing ribbons.
From the Lincoln Park Camber of Commerce website:
“A Chicago native, Ruth is a graduate of the School of the Art Institute. Schooled in painting and print making, she became interested in sculpture, at first primarily abstract. Later turning to the female human form, she found her life’s calling. Her dancers are bold and brazen. An abstract female dancing figure – bursting with energy and joy. These large dancing figures express independence, strength and a lust for life.”
