Description of Memorial:
This is an oval cement memorial with a metal plaque beside it. It is by Owasco Lake in front of Emerson Park Pavilion.
There is text on both sides. The is a photo of 4 women in uniform arm in arm on one side and the heads of women on the other side.
There is a cement circle around the monument and a walkway to the pavilion.
