This is a special section for veterans. There are many civil war vets in the cemetery. The cemetery was established in 1851, the veterans section in 2016.

"We are proud to offer a special section of the cemetery grounds for the exclusive use of members of the armed forces and their spouses.

The Veterans' section is located in the south east corner of the Cemetery, near the Schwartz Gate entrance on Fitch Avenue."

The office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM No hours for the cemetery itself are posted.
