Saint John of Nepomuk (or John Nepomucene) [Czech: Jan Nepomucký; German: Johannes Nepomuk; Latin: Ioannes (or Ioannis) Nepomucenus (c. 1345 – March 20, 1393) is the saint of Bohemia (Czech Republic), who was drowned in the Vltava river at the behest of Wenceslaus, King of the Romans and King of Bohemia. Later accounts state that he was the confessor of the queen of Bohemia and he refused to divulge the secrets of the confessional. On the basis of this account, John of Nepomuk is considered the first martyr of the Seal of the Confessional, a patron against calumnies and, because of the manner of his death, a protector from floods and drowning.

Na obdélném soklu stojí masivní podstavec s volutovými krídly lemovanými páskou. Dolní voluty krídel jsou tvarovány boltcovým ornamentem. Podstavec je ukoncen profilovanou rímsou ve strední cásti vzdutou do segmentu, prední konvexne vypjatá cást mírne predstupuje a na její prední strane je rokajová kartuše s latinským nápisem s chronogramem 1767. Boky volutových krídel jsou zdobeny pod horní volutou reliéfními rostlinnými závesy. Na zadní strane soklu ceský renovacní nápis s letopoctem 1894. Na postavci stojí socha svetce v životní velikosti v tradicním pojetí s biretem na hlave, odeného v kanovnické bohate rasené roucho, stojí ve výrazném kontrapostu na levé noze, pravá je vysunuta vpred. V nárucí drží krucifix. Po stranách sochy drobné plastiky andílku. Materiál – pískovec.
