FR Le travail de Pablito Zago se joue des échelles, souvent des façades de 200m2 mais aussi un travail sur toiles pour des galeries. Il défend, à travers une approche naïve du dessin, une certaine poésie urbaine, laissant une lecture libre pour chacune de ses œuvres. Enfance, masques, couleurs, érotisme sont des constantes dans son travail, quel que soit le format abordé…. travail qu’il décrit souvent comme de « l’illustration pour grands enfants névrosés ».
Son travail de « street art » l’amène à laisser sa touche sur plusieurs murs à travers le monde (Norvège, Mexique, Maroc, Myanmar, etc…)
A mi-chemin entre les arts primaires, la BD américaine et la figuration libre, le graphisme. Il multiplie l’exploration des supports : murs, toiles, carnets de voyage, sérigraphies… 2016 ouvre la porte à de prestigieuses collaborations artistiques (Microsoft, Baume & Mercier, Pietra, Cool Shoe…) et une présence accrue chez des galeristes qui affichent leur soutien au travail de Pablito. Tous sont séduits par sa folie, la poésie urbaine qui se dégage de ses toiles « pour grands enfants névrosés ».
Depuis fin 2015, Microsoft a fait de Pablito Zago l’égérie de son ordinateur SURFACE Pro 4. Pour le géant américain, Pablito réalise une fresque de 800m2 ornant le siège de la marque, visible depuis le périf parisien.

L'oeuvre
L'oeuvre présentée ici, sur un mur d'une petite rue d'Avignon, représente un oiseau d'une dizaine de mètres de hauteur. C'est un type de dessins que semble aimer l'artiste car on en trouve une autre représentation, différente par les couleurs mais identique sur la position sur son site.
EN Pablito Zago's work is based on scales, often 200m2 facades but also on canvases for galleries. Through a naive approach to drawing, he defends a certain urban poetry, leaving a free reading for each of his works. Childhood, masks, colours, eroticism are constants in his work, whatever the format approached..... work that he often describes as "illustration for neurotic grown-ups".

Halfway between primary arts, American comics and free figuration, graphic design. He multiplied his exploration of media: walls, canvases, travel diaries, silkscreens... 2016 opened the door to prestigious artistic collaborations (Microsoft, Baume & Mercier, Pietra, Cool Shoe...) and an increased presence among gallery owners who showed their support for Pablito's work. All are seduced by his madness, the urban poetry that emerges from his paintings "for neurotic grown-ups".
Since the end of 2015, Microsoft has made Pablito Zago the face of its SURFACE Pro 4 computer. For the American giant, Pablito created an 800m2 fresco adorning the brand's headquarters, visible from the Parisian perimeter.

The work
The work presented here, on a wall in a small street in Avignon, represents a bird about ten metres high. It is a type of drawing that the artist seems to like because we find another representation, different by the colors but identical on the position on his site.
