This bicycle tender is one of a group of three. This one is a simplified bicycle shape and the other two or simple posts with sturdy rings at the top.
The tenders have been placed in a busy shopping and dining area filled with locally owned small businesses that are welcoming to window shoppers and browsers. The area is also home to good restaurants and bars that often look busy but have not been bothersomely loud when I have been in the area.
All city buses in St. Paul have bike rakes.
