The two storey College House was built of Bluestone in 1857, originally intended to be used as a ladies school but became a Doctor's residence and from 1864-66 was licensed as the College Hotel. The symmetrical facade has central doors on the ground floor and first floor. The doors on the first floor are French doors opening on to a small central balcony.
