Ten Tesla EV Chargers are located at the back of Oasis Travel Center (behind Starbucks), and near the large billboard. Nine are in a row against the back fence, and one sits on the side. This is a very busy travel center, and parking can be a challenge, so these spots are clearly marked as reserved.
