Osceola County residents are sought to create a new logo for Hawkeye Point, Iowa’s highest point, located north of Sibley.

Original ideas are sought from residents of the county, with the winner to receive $100 and a free night of camping at Hawkeye Point Campground. The deadline for entries is 4:30 p.m. Dec. 2.
The winning logo will be used in marketing materials and websites to promote Iowa’s high point.
To enter, email a jpeg or png file of an originally-designed logo to sneppl@osceolacoia.org or drop it off at the Osceola County Economic Development Commission (EDC) office on a USB stick or CD. Hand-drawn logos must be brought to the EDC office or mailed to Hawkeye Point Foundation, ? Osceola County Economic Development Commission, 300 Seventh St., Sibley 51249. Include a name, address, email and phone number on your entry.
The winning entry will be announced in January. From
