"Some of the 12 36 caliber guns and 12 48 caliber guns from the Holland Bastion.

When the bastion of Holland was completed by the engineer Siméon de Garengeau and it was armed with several of the cannons offered to the city in 1696 by the Count of Toulouse, governor of Brittany, in gratitude for the contribution of the Malouins to the defense of the country."
