As monumented by the NGS back in 1987:

"[...] 26.0 M (85.3 FT) WEST OF THE CENTER OF A DRIVEWAY, 19.0 M (62.3 FT) EAST OF THE CENTER OF LAZY LANE, 9.4 M (30.8 FT) NORTH OF THE CENTER OF SPRING HILL DRIVE, AND 0.8 M (2.6 FT) EAST OF A UTILITY POLE. NOTE--ACCESS TO DATUM POINT IS HAD THROUGH A 5-INCH LOGO CAP. THE MARK IS 0.3 METERS S FROM A WITNESS POST THE MARK IS ABOVE LEVEL WITH THE DRIVE."

The NGS description is still pretty accurate, and so are the distance estimates from the 2 intersecting roads. However, the witness post is just a wooden survey stake nowadays.

The NGS' currently posted coordinates ("N 30 07 16.85 W 095 25 37.64") seemed reasonably accurate: my measurements were "N 30° 07.280 W 095° 25.623" based on 10+ readings within 10' accuracy.

The station was recovered in good condition.
