This millstone fountain is located in the new historical garden of Andernach near the Rhine. As a part of this garden, it unobtrusively joins the finds from Roman times that are also exhibited there.

The fountain seems to resemble a millstone lying on its side. It has a circular shape, in the middle there is an opening through which the water flows. And the reflection of the water gives the impression that the surface is roughened like a millstone.
