From the intersection with US20, travel 0.9 miles SW on Cold Spring Cutoff, FS1012. Turn right on FS1012-300. In several hundred feet, bear right on FS1012-205 and continue N 1.0 mile. Turn W and walk cross-country 0.5 mile to the quarter corner.
Type of survey mark: 3" brass cap in a concrete pier; flush with grade

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There are two ponderosa pines. The nearer is now a snag with an ATTENTION sign on the backside. The other also has an ATTENTION sign on the backside and a yellow BEARING TREE tag. There is an ATTENTION sign on a T-post which bears W, 16" distant. Finally, there is a PROPERTY BOUNDARY decal on a Carsonite post which also bears W, 28" distant.
