The Bakery was established in 1982, and was going very strong in 2019 when I had stopped by - I don't know how well it went with all the COVID restrictions of 2020-1. After a very early morning visit to Sydney's north shore suburbs finding Waymarks I'd headed to inner southern Sydney to find a few ALDI stores; after being close by here less than a week before on a 24 hour trip to Perth! I stopped in for a 'brunch' Spinach and Fetta puff pastry turnover - which was real good!
