Patriotic painted hydrants line the Arnold Mills July 4th Parade route along Nate Whipple Highway/RI-120 in Cumberland, Rhode Island. This is one of five found on the northeast side of the street over a 1.5 mile stretch. It is at the intersection with Sneech Pond Road.
This red, white, and blue striped and star-spangled hydrant resembles a fire fighter. He has black hair, a full beard, and sleepy blue eyes. The work is signed "Jocelyn", dated 2015, and accompanied by three sets of initials - "R.A", "A.T.", and "C.A.". (Revealed to be Reilly, Adeline, and Chase on the hydrant by Old Meadow Road.)
