The two cast iron, six-spoke Wagon Wheels are painted white, and mounted vertically on a short section of 'two-inch' square pipe (also painted white). They have alternating lateral ribs from a central rib on the 10cm wide rim. I would think that they stand about 3 foot high.
They are at either end of a very low corrugated fibre-cement fence. There is a grass verge of reasonable width between the fence and the concrete footpath that edges the quiet back-road.
