While there is plenty of parking and seating here, what with several options to order your fast food from, I couldn't see anywhere to charge up your devices.
There was a 'One-touch' option for logging into the Wi-Fry, which was easier than other times. Tonight I tried their ordering panel, but I don't think you can get cash out that way, only if using the EFTPOS.
