The small town of Leuchars is situated in the north-east of Fife in Scotland. The cemetery lies north-west of the town, off the A919 road adjacent to St. Michaels Golf Club.
The walled rectangular site is entered at the north-eastern corner, and features many war graves, particularly towards the southern end where there is a Cross of Sacrifice.
The cemetery is signposted on the A919 and is reached across a narrow bridge over the railway line. There is a car park at the golf club at the northern end.
