The Abstract Sculpture consists of three interlocked twin stands of polished square tubular stainless steel poles with 2.5m tall vertical pairs that have zig-zag shapes to interconnect each side. It is set in a well maintained grassy lawn suitable for picnics.

A nearby plaque mentions that it is part of the 'Artist in the Park' programme and officially unveiled by the Lord Mayor Sallyanne Atkinson on 28th July, 1988.
