That log schoolhouse is the Avola One-Room Log School House, a one room school built in 1937 (or 1939, depending on who's talking), now the village's community hall. 79C669 is monumented in the north concrete foundation of the schoolhouse, east of the newer concrete addition on the north end of the building.
