Ice Point Rolling Ice Cream, Thai Ice Cream shop specializes in Thai Hibachi Ice Cream Rolls.
These ice cream rolls, or stir-fried ice cream, has been described by the Splendid Table as a "liquid base ... poured onto a frozen pan and then chopped, mixed, spread and rolled right in front of you." Watching the liquid being mixed with ingredients as they are crushed or mixed was similar to watching a crepe being made. The shop worker made the rolling process look effortless, but I wonder how many tasty mistakes are eaten as new Ice Point employees are trained.
In addition to the ten offered flavor combinations there are 17 toppings to choose from. Ice cream rolls include up to three toppings.
