The Aylmer Bridge is a road bridge located in Sherbrooke which connects the city center of this city to the neighborhoods on the right bank, spanning the Saint-François River. It is one of the components of King Street, the main artery of the city. It serves the administrative region of Estrie.

The first construction on the site of the current Aylmer Bridge was a covered wooden bridge, which was erected in 1837. It was demolished a few years later. In 1929, a steel bridge was built. This version then has four lanes of traffic.

Finally, the third version of the bridge, made of prestressed concrete, was completed in 1989.
