[DE] Das Gebäude ist ein schönes Beispiel des Jugendstils. 1904/05 erbaut, 1987-89 restauriert. Auf diesem Areal stand einst der geräumige Gasthof „Zum Schwarzen Bären“. Er musste Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts einem modernen Hotelneubau weichen. Dieses Hotel „Zur Post“ wurde bereits 1899 durch ein Feuer vernichtet, der Brandplatz dann an die Kgl. Bayerische Post verkauft.
[EN] The building is a fine example of Art Nouveau. Built in 1904/05, restored in 1987-89. On this area once stood the spacious inn "Zum Schwarzen Bären". He had to give way to a modern hotel building at the end of the 19th century. This hotel "Zur Post" was already destroyed in 1899 by a fire, the fire place then to the Royal Bavarian Post sold.
