While out walking through Altadore Park and Sandy Beach I discovered this suspension bridge.

This bridge moves a fair bit as you are walking across it. Additional lateral support is provided by cables off either side.
Searched through the city's website...not much to be found on this one except that it is part of the city path system and the TransCanada trail.
Any historical information on this bridge from a local resident would be appreciated.
