
Hixon is in the northern edge of Cariboo Country in beautiful British Columbia. It has approximately 280 residents in this small rural community.
Hixon is a very small community almost in the middle of no-where and is midway between Quesnel to the south (60 km) and Prince George (62 km ) to the north. Hixon claims to be the center of British Columbia, though this may not be the case.
Hixon Post office is a small white building with a shingled gable roof. The post office offers postal box rentals, stamps, mailers and other supplies and merchandise.
