Robson Meadows Campground is part of the large network of parks and campgrounds in the Mount Robson Provincial Park system. Mount Robson is the highest peak in the Rocky Mountains and its majestic views can be seen along the Yellowhead.

Robson Meadows Campground offers 125 campsites surrounded by towering pine and spruce trees. This campground is rustic, however offers modern bathrooms, hot showers and running water. The campsites are large and nicely spaced apart offering some privacy. This is a dog friendly park, however dogs must be kept on a leash at all time. It is also wheelchair accessible with bathrooms and showers to accommodate these users.

The campground is near the Fraser River, though it is not recommended for personal canoes and/or kayaks. There are several rafting companies that offer whitewater rafting and boat tours of the Fraser River.

There are several very interesting walking and hiking trails near the campground where nature abounds. Be alert: BEARS ARE IN THE AREA.

Robson Meadows camping rate is $28.00 per night and are open between mid May to mid September. Mount Robson Provincial Park was established in 1913 and the park is 556,691 acres in size and 492 acres that are a protected area withing the park.

As a side note: at the visitor center is the UNESCO World Heritage Site plaque and several signboards about the history and area information. The visitor center is just 350 metres north of the campground and across the Yellowhead. The nearest town is Tête Jaune Cache 17 km to the west. The next major town is Jasper, Alberta, 86 km to the east.
