"Le rôle de la Croix-Rouge des Côtes d’Armor est d’accueillir, écouter et orienter toutes les personnes qui en ont besoin.
Après avoir rencontré un travailleur social, les personnes sont reçues dans nos antennes en entretien individuel pour permettre de respecter la confidentialité de chaque situation.
Le premier objectif est de pouvoir apporter une réponse individualisée, construite autour des besoins et des attentes de la personne.
L’objectif final étant de permettre à nos bénéficiaires de retrouver le chemin de l’autonomie."

After meeting a social worker, the people are received in our antennas in individual interview to allow to respect the confidentiality of each situation.
The first objective is to be able to provide an individualized response, built around the needs and expectations of the person.
The ultimate goal is to allow our beneficiaries to return to the path of autonomy.
