The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Quesnel is part of the Prince George British Columbia Stake. Prince George is about 130 km north of Quesnel.
This church is more traditional with tan brick and a tall spire in the front of the building. Located in a more mature residential area the golf course provides nice green space and some wooded areas.
Quesnel is in the Cariboo region of British Columbia and is at the confluence of the Fraser and Quesnel Rivers. The Gold Rush started with the discovery of gold on the Fraser River in 1857 and had reached the Quesnel River by 1859.
