Closed in 1990. It was made into a Tower Record Store.
In 2011 it was remodeled again. It is now home to a Restaurant, Bank, Donut Shop and Ice Cream Parlor.
The vertical sign out front still says "Varsity" and there are film clip murals down the side of the building to bring back fond memories of when it was a movie theater.
