The Tenterfield Council has burial records going back to 1856 (visit link)
, but I am not sure if that is for burials at this location, or if the burials at this Cemetery 'only' started in August 1900. The earlier than 1900 burials are most likely in smaller, private locations. The earlier records are kept at the Court House (visit link) .

This is a fairly open cemetery, with only a few mature or larger trees. It is surrounded by a '3 foot' weldmesh fence. There is a brick columbarium wall, that seems only about 50 years old.
