White paint covers the entire cinder block wall. A bright green deciduous forest serves as the background for the mural. Its layered main elements are a globe, a blue ribbon banner, and nine youngsters beneath the banner. CELEBRATE in red block letters spans the blue banner in the image center. The letters D-I-V-E-R-S-I-T-Y appear one at a time on each person's shirt as they stand shoulder to shoulder. "Providence GS Troop 83" is painted in black down the right hand side and "THANK YOU NMS MART & LOPCO 2010" in black capital lettering below the picture.
