This time capsule was created on a neglected lot which should grass but looks more like a piece of dirt.
Meanwhile the time capsule was created buy a union of "freguesias", the smallest administrative division in the country, together with Ordem Terceira do Carmo, a religious order.
It was closed on the 2nd February 2019 and it should be open on the 2nd February 2220.
The text in the plate is: "Neste espaço encontra-se uma cápsula do tempo que contém mensagens e memórias da nossa época e que deverá ser entregue ao povo farense em 2220.
Confiamos que as gerações futuras preservem e zelem por esta cápsula e tomem as medidas necessárias para cumprir com êxito esta viagem."
