It is not often one searches on the internet and finds, nothing. Like many historical buildings they stood the test of time with out any thought or wonderment from any passerby.
Until Waymarking...
Walking past this old school, set me wondering.. But I have come up with a blank, nothing.
So I am left with my description
Looking at the front elevation centrally there is what would appear to be a location for a school. The facard is symetrical separate entrance for the boys and girls
which does appear odd strange, as there is a girls school on the opposite side of the road.
The building I would suggest was built the local land owner at that time the Bassett family.
Given the name could it have been for Boarding??
