With the location of this mast, it would come as no surprise that the local planners did not want to allow the mobile network company a conventional mast.
Situated above Redruth and the community of Lanner down in the valleys with views over Cornwall
As a result, to make it more aesthetically pleasing and to blend in the with existing skyline. There are already existing telephone and power line poles. A mast has been erecting to blend in with thin, with its wood effect and single pole the unsuspecting would possibly think it was another power line pole.
