"Rhyl became a separate parish on the 23rd May 1844, having previously been part of the parish of Rhuddlan.
The foundation stone of St. Thomas's church was laid on Whit Monday, 20 May 1861. The nave was opened for worship in 1862. The chancel was added, and opened in July 1867 and the church was consecrated in March 1869.
The clock turret and the spire were added to the tower in 1875."
Services on Sundays at 8am & 11am
Apart from services the church is open from 9am to noon on Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
