Mural shows a large grassy area with a blue sky and puffy white clouds. The Magnolia water tower is on the left near a small pond/lake. A road curves through from top to bottom dividing the area. Near the pond is a fence with a horse. To the left of the road a woman, child and three dogs are playing in the grass. Behind them is a fountain and behind that is a playground.
