BRM-1K
Built in the Soviet Union, this armoured reconnaissance vehicle was made to transport personnel, sensors and communications equipment across Cold War battlefields.
Designed to shield its occupants in environments where nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons might be used, the BRM-1K also offered protection against bullets and shell fragments. A radar to monitor battlefields folded into the turret when not in use, while a tall radio antenna at the rear allowed for long distance communications. The vehicle also carried two scouts in the back, who could exit to help protect it or carry out reconnaissance missions.
