Two wooden effigies of Sir Hamo de Weston and Sir Hugo de Weston. These are of considerable rarity and there are no other examples in Staffordshire.

Effigy on the north side of the chancel of St Andrew's Church, Staffordshire. Sir Hamo de Weston (d.1189), Knight of the Order of Templars. The effigy is of oak and in a recess. It shows a figure in chain-mail and a surcoat, holding a sword.
In the south side of the chancel a similar wooden effigy of Sir Hugo de Weston (b. 1250. d.1304). Knight of the Order of Templars. It shows a figure in chain-mail and a surcoat, holding a sword.
Hugo was the son of Sir Hugo de Weston and Sarah de Stretton.
He married Agnes de Audley about 1274. They were the parents of Sir John de Weston.
