1902 ließ der hamburgische Kaufmann Max Albrecht die Villa Wulfriede im neuromanischen Stil errichten. Sein Sohn Ernst Albrecht ließ diese 1927 umbauen. Heute gehört das Gebäude zur Park-Klinik-Manhagen.
In der Liste der Kulturdenkmale in Großhansdorf ist das Gebäude mit der Nummer 2697 verzeichnet.

In 1902 the Hamburg merchant Max Albrecht had the Villa Wulfriede built in the neo-Romanesque style. His son Ernst Albrecht had it rebuilt in 1927. Today the building belongs to the Park-Klinik-Manhagen.
