This building is Commercial Italianate - tall windows; balcony that wraps around the building between the ground and second floor; highly decorative cornice with bracketing. The "neoclassical style" is only at the cornice in two locations where faux pediments were created to contain the names "Galena National Bank" and "Masonic Temple".

Architectural Description: This is a 4-story commercial building in the Italianate style with Neoclasscial influences built ca. 1890. The foundation is limestone. Exterior walls are brick; limestone; marble. The building has a flat roof. Windows are original or historic; contemporary wood; aluminum 1/1 fixed; double or single hung; storefront; round arch; Cast Iron Broken Pediment. Doors are contemporary glass; aluminum glazed with transom; sidelights.
