Baptism font in St Peter & St Blaise's church, Somersal Herbert. It is an early 12th century circular tub font with intersecting blind arcading and a frieze of lozenges overlaid with intermittent circles.

This important Norman period font (c. 1150-75) may indicate the earliest origins of a church on this site.
