This old wagon was originally used to bring crops in from the fields to be shipped on the nearby rails or sold in the early roadside produce stand. As the mission of the farm changed, the wagon was later used for horse-drawn hay rides.
Today, the wagon is on display only. The tongue is broken as are parts of the undercarriage. It bears the signs of wear and tear from its many years of use; witness to an era now gone. It resides next to the trail that goes around to the petting zoo.
