Ce centre communautaire a été très utile pour servir aux citoyens lors de la grosse panne de courant du mois d'avril 2019.
Des salles polyvalentes, des vestiaires, des services sanitaires, un espace casse-croûte, une cuisine communautaire et des espaces d’entreposage ont été aménagés suivant les meilleures pratiques de construction. À cet égard, le bâtiment est accessible universellement et vise la certification LEED OR pour une nouvelle construction. Un stationnement comptant 3 bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques y est annexé et permet désormais aux usagers du parc de libérer les rues avoisinantes.

This community center was very useful for serving citizens during the big blackout of April 2019.
Multipurpose rooms, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, a snack area, a community kitchen and storage space have been developed following the best construction practices. In this respect, the building is universally accessible and aims for LEED GOLD certification for new construction. A parking lot with 3 charging stations for electric vehicles is attached and now allows park users to free the surrounding streets.
