To find this you will have to go down the alley at the Star Drug Store.

Featured are seven koi "swimming" in a pond of blue water on the wall of this building.

It should be noted that there WAS another koi mural at this location by William Miller painted in 1995, which featured two large koi. As to what happened to this mural, I can only guess that it was destroyed by the storm surge from a hurricane.
