This greenhouse is part of a large tobacco farm. It was empty when photographed, but I assume that it's for growing seedlings before planting. Then again, I could be completely wrong.

There aren't many tobacco farms left in Ontario. From the early part of the 20th century right through the 1990s and even early 21st century, tobacco was king on the north shore of Lake Erie. The sandy soils were perfect, but societal changes have dried up much of the market. Now most former tobacco farms have converted to other crops like ginsing and vegetables.
