"HEMINGFORD ABBOTS HIGH STREET 1. 5140 (north-east side) Beechers TL 28 70 15/2 II GV 2. Early C17, L-plan cottage. Timber-framed, rendered and with applied mock timber- framing. Thatched roof and central, colour-washed brick stack. One-storey and attics. Three boxed dormers with two-light horizontal sliding sashes. Similar three-light windows to ground-floor with diamond leaded lights. Adjoining weather-boarded barn to left hand, with half-hipped roof."
