Edmond, OK had a break in today's storms that allowed Max and 99 to partner for the ISS waymark.

The intersection of Cheyenne Dr. and E. 33rd St. was where we viewed the ISS pass on May 18th, 2019 at 22:02.

Olathe, KS to Waterloo, IA: 288 miles
Waterloo, IA to Ottawa, Canada: 923 miles
Ottawa, Canada to Brunete, Spain: 4,039 miles

Total ISS pass distance from Site 1 to Site 5: 5,533 miles (18.883333 min *293 mi/min).

The maximum altitude and time for each location was as follows:

Edmond, OK: 22:02:55, 54º, -3.1 mag.
Clear skies except lightning, with a great view of the ISS!
Olathe, KS: 22:03:53, 70º, -3.6 mag.
Clouds to the southwest and northeast, but ISS visible for
two minutes, 65º to 30º.
Waterloo, IA: 22:04:52, 81º, -4.0 mag. (Rained out)
Ottawa, Canada: 23:08:01, 51º, -3.0 mag. (Rained out)
Brunete, Spain: 05:21:48, 86º, -3.8 mag.(on May 19)
Very good weather with some clouds.

The start time for the Edmond pass was 21:59:40, with a maximum altitude of 54º at 22:02:55, -3.1 mag. The total viewing time was over six minutes, with the station going below our view a little after 22:06. Also visible in the sky was a full moon, the constellation Leo, the star Vega, and the planet Mars. Lightning was continually present in the north and northwest but the rest of the skies were clear, making for a great view of this pass.
